Increasing demand of technicians in medical field and lack of all in one compiled educational resource led to the evolution of the ECG textbook. This book has been created after an extensive search of ECG technician profession and keeping in mind the new trends and procedures required for the on job tasks. After the success of the previous edition of the ECG textbook Published in 2014, the authors updated the ECG textbook with many additional features that is now available under the following title “ECG TEXTBOOK: THEORY AND PRACTICAL FUNDAMENTALS SERIES 1”. The authors have tried to keep the book concise and to the point. The knowledge in this New Edition has been provided for individuals planning to pursue an ECG technician profession at a postsecondary or college level. The language used in the book is simplistic and somewhat easy to comprehend for individuals to understand the concepts of ECG. Various institutions like high schools, post secondary education, community colleges have started using the “ECG TEXTBOOK: THEORY AND PRACTICAL FUNDAMENTALS SERIES 1” since it has all the required information required to administer an ECG technician Program ranging from a shorter program of 60 Hour in duration to longer program of 300 Hours in duration  Finally, the authors would like to thank everyone who has contributed in making this project possible.
